The chat above reaches the same place as everything else, and it keeps your question and our answer together. If you would rather write an email — Automat4ed@gmail.com — that works too, and a person reads every one.
Walkable users can do all of this from inside the app: Settings → Ask Walkable. Replies arrive in the app, so nothing depends on keeping a browser tab.
