How do I report a map problem?
Short answer
Write to Walkable Support and describe what is wrong and roughly where. A path that does not exist, a route sent along something impassable, or a way that has closed are all worth reporting.

What helps most
Where, in words anyone could find on a map — a street name, a junction, a park. What Walkable did, and what you expected instead.
You do not need coordinates and you should not feel obliged to send a screenshot of your position if you would rather not.
Why some problems take longer
Walkable routes over public map data, so a missing footpath is often missing in the underlying map rather than in the app. Those are worth reporting anyway — knowing where the gaps are is how they get closed.
