Troubleshooting
My backup is not visible
Short answer
Check which Google account is connected: a backup lives in one account's Drive, and a different account shows nothing rather than an error. If the right account is connected and Walkable asks for a recovery key, that is the backup — it is encrypted, and the key is what opens it.

- Reconnect with the right oneDisconnect, then connect using the account from your old phone.
- Try restoring againWalkable will say honestly if it finds nothing.
- Have your recovery key readyIf the backup was made with encryption, restoring asks for the key you saved when you set it up.
Common problems
Backup now never completes

It says the backup could not be read
The file is damaged. Nothing on your phone is changed.
