What information is included in a shared walk?
Short answer
The route of that one walk, and whichever details you chose to include — distance, duration, date. Never your other walks, never your statistics, never a name or an account, because there is no account to include.

You can see it before it goes
The preview Walkable shows you is exactly the file it produces. There is no metadata added afterwards and nothing included that you cannot see in the picture.
What is never included
Your other walks. Your totals, streaks or habits. Saved places. Photos, unless you deliberately include one. Any identifier for you or your phone.
